We are a small e-commerce business located in Gilroy and we are looking for some extra help with packaging. This is a part time job with hours being from 8:30-am to about 12:30pm. Pay starts at $13 per hour with advancement opportunities depending on skill level. There are times when we may need longer hours during busy season, but we will let you know in advance when that is and can work around your schedule.
Duties will include:
- Packaging items into boxes, taping them up and getting them ready for shipment.
- Printing out orders
- Keeping track of inventory
- Organizing inventory on shelves
- Have a positive work attitude and be diligent about duties
- Working well with other employees and having good verbal communication with them
- Keeping the work are clean
- Be physically able to do manual labor for allotted hours, including moderate lifting.
There may be other miscellaneous tasks required, but the above is the vast majority of what is required.
Being able to speak/read Chinese is a huge plus, definitely preferred
