Im looking for a trial lawyer that can represent myself and my small, Veteran-owned business in a lawsuit I must bring against a local bank. Compensatory damages are confirmed at not less than $1.48M. I expect that punitive damages will be warranted as well due to the banks written admissions to breach and fraud, and I have reason to believe that they will do anything to avoid having to answer my complaint. This bank has a history of FDIC / CDFI violations, and theyve settled all of their last four incidents at anywhere from $800k to $4.2M each.
