Our corporation is hiring passionate and skilled Automotive Sales Professionals to become part of our Volkswagen and Mazda dealerships in Salinas, CA. Sales Professionals will ensure our customer's experience is engaging, exhilarating, innovative and beyond expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently respond to incoming leads
Knowledge of the industry, our market, and electronic media
Provide an in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and services
Consistently and effectively promote our brand
Ensure customers are transitioned effectively to their in-store experience
Present vehicle attributes, finance options, and manufacturer promotions
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Maintain relationships with customers to establish customer retention
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
1 year of sales experience preferred
Demonstrate composure and effective listening skills
Motivated, outgoing, and personable with a superior work ethic
Proficient time management and organizational skills
Must pass background, pre-placement drug screening and have a clean MVR
