Job Responsibilities/Duties
Accounts Payable
Credit Card Reconciliations
Bank Reconciliations
Accounts Receivable
Client Invoicing
Payroll Processing
Prepare quarterly sales tax return
Prepare annual 1099s
Perform month-end procedures, including revenue recognition and other monthly journal entries
Reconcile general ledger accounts
Update and generate weekly and monthly financial reports
Process daily mail
Ordering and restocking office supplies
Coordinate between VP and IT Vendor
General office management
Filing and office organization
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:
5+ years accounts payable/receivable and general ledger with progressive work experience
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
3+ years experience with QuickBooks in a professional services business
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Two-year degree or other certification in Accounting is highly desired
