Glass company looking for office assistant/bookkeeper. Quick Books/ Microsoft office/T sheets knowledge would be preferred. Duties: Invoicing, Material ordering, getting material quotes, requesting submittals for equipment, requesting insurance certificates, keeping job files in order, filing, billing, pre liens, inventory, and answering phone and taking messages. Must be self motivated, organized and be able to follow instructions and carry out tasks in a timely manner. Would be great if you have experience working with a construction company. Starting pay $18.00 per hour or higher pay to more qualified individuals.
