Augustina's Designer Boutique is looking for a FULL TIME fashion savvy professional.
If you love to sell and have leadership qualities to lead a great sales team, please stop by or give us a call. Looking for someone to lead by example and drive your team to meet and exceed store sales goals, oversee visual merchandising, inventory control, and uphold superior customer service.
Ideal candidates are self motivated, outgoing, positive, and energetic. Looking for individuals who possesses the passion to drive sales, generate new business, and manage store operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Manage opening and closing procedures
Lead sales team by example in all categories including store operations, company policies, and customer service.
Generate, build, and maintain client relationships through superior customer service and marketing.
Increase store's profitability
Merchandise the store to showcase our top brands
Maintain accurate and current inventory of all collections
Maintain current and implement new company policies and practices to ensure optimum efficiency
Generate new business ideas and practices
Work directly with our designers and local organizations to promote the store with special events
Must meet personal and group sales goals
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Computer skills to include Mac desktops, laptops, iPhones, and iPads, POS on iPad
Strong leadership abilities
Must have flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays
