Mashka Jewelry is designed and handcrafted in San Francisco, CA and sold in over 300 stores and catalogs nationwide, including our own retail shops in the Bay Area. We believe in consistant crafstmanship, high quatlity and exceptional customer service.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional for our store in Monterey, Ca.
Responsibilities will include:
-creating a brand experience and generating sales
-maintaining, building and expanding our customer base through excellent customer service.
-maintaining visual aesthetics of store
-daily operations of store: shipping, receiving, answering emails.
Our ideal candidate:
-Has relevant retail experience
-has great people/communication skills and enjoys selling
-has a great eye for display and attention to detail
-has a "take-charge" attitude and can work independently
-is self- motivated, enthusiastic, loves to keep busy

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage ( BOE) , sales based quaterly bonuses, generous employee discount and jewelry allowance, parking reimbursement.
