You: are an energetic, knowledgeable and motivating Personal Trainer, available to work at 5:45 AM on either Monday, Wednesday, Friday or a combination of those days. You are comfortable teaching a group class of up to 8, using The TRX, Bosus, dumbbells, stability balls and all manner of equipment to be able to deliver a really solid workout in 45 minutes. You like to read bodies and have a good foundation of form principles, injury prevention techniques and some rehabilitation type knowledge and like training a more mature population.
This position is a minimum of one hour of teaching each time you work with more hours available, plus gym cleaning duties such as vacuuming, cleaning mirrors, mopping the gym floor along with other housekeeping tasks. Your cleaning time would be between one to two hours. This position will pay between $25-$35/hr depending on skill level and experience. Each day would be between 2-3 hrs of work and with duties split between training clients and tending to the gym. This position includes opportunities for growth including training your own private clients, having clients referred to you and/or teach more classes as you grow with the company. This is an ideal position for someone wanting to grow their personal training practice and have steady income as they build their practice and/or also find a home to train new and existing clients.
