Our client is in need of a NPI Engineering Manager. This is a critical role that will lead and mentor a team in developing world class RF products. This is a hands on, highly visual position for an engineer and manager who thrives when bring products from concept through production.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills combined with technical expertise in prototype development.Management experience is required as this role will be driving a small team.Must be experienced managing design, validation, and reliability, as well as lead design reviewsMicroelectronic prototyping experience is required.Experience with a wide range of RF products is required.Volt is an equal opportunity employer.
