- Oversee the overall program and ensure project adherence to strategic objectives
- Participate in project governance and steering committee meetings
- Facilitate Blue Shield/Vendor review of deliverables
- Validate project level issues and risks
- Act as the primary point of contact for the demand forecasting and fulfilment planning activities
- Resource management: Facilitate timely & qualified resource ramp-ups/ ramp-downs / replacements as required
- Ensure quality of project delivery and adherence to schedule
- Escalate issues to PMO, Vendor
- POCs as per established protocols
