Anaplan Project Manager

We are looking for

• 5+ years of software project management, customer success management, and/or related experience.
• A 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
• 4+ years’ experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
• Sophisticated Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable).
• Superb writing and oral communication skills.
• Consistent track record to execute responsibilities simultaneously.
• 5+ years of consulting/implementation experience with widely used planning and analytical multi-dimensional.
• Systems such as Cognos, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Business Objects, TM1, etc.
• Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling.
• Expert skills in Excel spreadsheet modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.
• Strong client-facing skills and a successful track record of engagement management.
• Subject matter expertise in operations, financial management systems, or sales planning.
• Ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multi-dimensional technologies.
• Strong understanding of data integration.
• Must possess business acumen, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage a high workload.

• Deliver high-level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to system end users
• Lead end to end project in collaboration with the client project manager to a successful deployment of Anaplan Solutions
• Act as the key liaison and business partner to the client at both the project management and executive level as needed.
• Identify resource needs, handle resource time allocation and hold the team accountable to deadlines.
• Supervise project timeline and ensure landmarks are met.
• Handle issues and risks by clearly communicating both internally and externally, calling out as needed, and deploying risk mitigation strategies as appropriate.
• Reporting on available resources, budget, and project status to project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on multiple, concurrent tasks and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork with project teams and collaboration with other departments.
• Understand priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key landmarks.
• Maintain customer focus and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and project-related decisions.
