- 20-30% tracking, planning, and coordinating, 60% hands on with automation.
- Collaborate with onsite and overseas cross functional teams during project life cycle Product Managers, Developer and Program Managers for test case review, defect review and risk assessment to ensure quality deliverables.
- Coordination with Offshore team to deliver business goals.
- Independently leads QA efforts, drive quality of the project, assess, report product quality risks, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Create Test strategy, Test Plan and perform test execution across different devices.
- Build maintainable, high quality and effective UI automated test and Maintain automation tools and frameworks as needed.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by participating in feature and design review with other stakeholders.
- Analyzing quality data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing innovative ideas to improve quality solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in Android Test and Test Automation.
- 2+ years of experience leading and exposure to complete project life cycle.
- Strong Coding Skills in Java and Python or any scripting language.
- Experience in defining and executing test strategies for mobile platforms.
- Excellent understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
- Exceptional Communication Skills, show great attention to details and good at detail documentation.
- BS/MS in Computer science or similar field.
- Experience working with global team with different geographical location.
