RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a BI Reporting Analyst in Mountain View, CA.
Key Tasks: Foster a culture of transparency: act as the main liaison between dev team and business team to ensure data accuracy and uniform understanding of key metrics Drive dashboard creation and answer ad-hoc analytic questions and train users to self-serve standard reports leveraging Tableau Ensure product logging is optimized to provide crystal-clear visibility into the impact and value of new initiatives and product releases Partner across product and dev teams on development of new products to identify potential gaps that might create loss and define requirements to mitigate those risksREQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of experience working in product, customer or other related analytics fields Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel; Working knowledge in Python and A/B testing is a plus Experience in preparing data sets and reports in support of more complex analysis Expertise in product logging, data governance, cataloging, and analytics data managementKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
