Location: Mountain View CA Duration: 12 Months contract Responsibilities: Manage all event logistics and execution for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. Act as DSBO point of contact on planning committees and/or task forces in addition to vendors. Oversee internal and external event communicationsMinimum Qualifications: -BA or BS Degree - no specific field required -2 - 4 years events experience required. (Ideally looking for candidates who are well rounded with in person and virtual events experience, managing or coordinating all aspects of the event) -1+ years of experience in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides -Strong organizational and project management skills Education:-BA or BS Degree - no specific field required Years Experience:2 - 4 years events experience required.
