Executive Assistant 12+ Month Contract Hybrid Mountain View, CA Provides support and assistance to executives that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles. Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others. Handles confidential information and communications. Full comprehension of company's operation and procedures. May also be responsible for training and supervising lower level clerical staff. Uses discretion and judgement and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executive's activities.

  • Great communication skills with an ability to communicative effectively with multiple levels and diverse audiences.
  • Ease at collaboration with team and stakeholders in other teams across the company with a desire to take on new work and act as a team player.
  • Ability to organize work and create processes to enable speed and efficiency at scale.
  • Experience in event management, design, content or video production, or communications a plus.
  • Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focus as needed. Ability to remain balanced under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in a suite of standard office software and operation of office equipment.
  • Fundamental project management experience, including development of basic project plans and successful execution.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Event planning to include support for large meetings, off-sites and team motivation events.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Experience managing high volumes of emails and phone calls.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-pace environment while providing superior service levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proactive, take ownership, respond quickly, and have excellent follow through skills.
