Location: Mountain View, CAMode: HybridThis job will have the following responsibilities:- Work with our engineering and product counterparts to seamlessly launch our Partner communications to drive engagement and retention.
- Partner closely with vendors to execute email campaigns and develop strategies to help scale across new partners as we grow.
- Develop cross-functional stakeholder relationships across Marketing teams to align on launch plans.
- Execute tests to validate hypotheses and implement email best practices.
- Monitor test setup, evaluate workflows, and ensure emails are being sent as planned
- Lead internal and external partnerships to launch new partnerships and offers.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing and CRM, including domain expertise in email, push, in-product, etc.
- Experience managing multiple global projects simultaneously.
- Experience with customer insights, email, push notifications, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Experience rolling out data-driven marketing campaigns using iterative A/B test designs.
- Strong in analysis and measurement of email campaign success and segmentation.Ability to design concise, visually appealing, slides for reporting and analytics purposes.Attention to detail.
- Organization, create structure out of chaos and create processes that scale.
