- Be responsible for marketplace product planning and execution, including but not limited to, annual plan, content development (FAQ, templates, guide documentation, etc.), and promotion activities.
- Develop process to qualify Apps release to market and work with internal team to implement it.
- Draft marketplace legal terms and collaborate with legal team to develop contract agreement.
- Be an outstanding evangelist to nurture and incentivize developers to deliver amazing user experiences.
- Make comprehensive reporting to demonstrate project progress and success matrix.
- Research, identify, and direct organization towards opportunities to make the experience better for customers worldwide
- Aware of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies and develop insights to inform product development and development partners
- Must have solid experience with e-commerce marketplace product management with B2B digital products preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, fostering trust, handling decisions with ease while navigating ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify key opportunities and measure impact; track record of working with machine learning specialists to define and assess performance metrics required
- Persuasive communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Solid experience of working with corporate legal team.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to all levels of the organization
- Negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Must be hands-on to resolve issues independently.
