- Our Consumer Hardware team researches, designs, and develops new technologies and hardware to make users’ interaction with computing faster, more powerful, and seamless. - Drive Extended Workforce Data Excellence program with internal stakeholders and external suppliers towards the goal of completing the deployment of this program across the Devices & Services Product Area (DSPA)
- Educate, and provide guidance / assistance to internal stakeholders team on vendor engagement (contracting, onboarding, and access provisioning)
- Support Vendor Management Office (VMO) intakes workflow.
- Manage all aspects of program deliverables from project inception to full lifecycle implementation, vendor resource oversight & status reporting for strategic & tactical integrated workforce planning Data Excellence initiatives working with key internal stakeholders
- Lead transformational projects including integrated headcount planning capability development, resource planning and management, and data analytics around global resources. Programs lead from concept definition to launch, develop and coordinate realistic project estimates, plans and success metrics.
- Manage project and program management framework and best practices on transformational projects.
- Support client DSPA Vendor Management Office for organizational wide activities including global workforce strategy and planning; quarterly and annual planning; supply chain & suppliers assessments; quarterly business reviews with suppliers; and ad hoc analysis and projects.
- Manage vendor operations and be responsible for large-sized vendor teams (e.g. 120+ vendors) and overall performance.
- Managing relationship with existing vendor partners responsible for service delivery.
- Execute transformational best practices for vendor management governance and ensuring vendor performance exceeds contractual obligations
- List of all the skills (education, technical and soft skills) required to be successful in the position 5+ years of experience with cross-functional program management.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
- Problem solver with strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.
- Working knowledge of dashboard (e.g., applying filters, exporting data to spreadsheets, etc) and data analysis tools (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, etc) Strong attention to detail Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Direct experience managing or supporting contingent worker programs
- Experience creating metrics dashboards and data visualizations (basic SQL, Data Studio, etc)
- Fluency in PMP, Six Sigma (Green or Black), DMAIC, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, SCIPAB, and other quality tools
