- Client's contingent workforce team needs junior to seasoned program managers to support its operations.
- The team would be assigned a service area with multiple projects in that service area.
- Those projects would typically focus on managing and maturing existing customer operations. Service areas might include onboarding contingent/vendor workers, driving further compliance in outsourcing operations, or operationalizing outsourcing processes overall.
- The program manager would manage the timetable, delivery, and execution of multiple projects and work closely with the managed service provider, a 3rd party vendor company, who provides the actual service delivery.
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Assist in process improvement redesign and develop a plan to operationalize new process; develop process maps, SOPs, support documentation to communicate changes to the process; manage the day to day to ensure proper process execution
- Assist with rolling out new products and features to the remote onboarding; develop content (comms, process documentation, SOPs, training material, FAQ), track production metrics and deliverables
- Perform data analysis to identify root causes of problem areas, assist with building business cases for new projects, and formulating scope
- Help shift process changes to our 3rd party vendor company to execute and ensure operational readiness
- 4 year bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience working in a program management role
- Deep interest and experience in operations & high touch customer service in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
- Six Sigma Certification, PMP or other project management certificates Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on empathy, proactivity and resolution.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Able to analyze data and make suggestions based on the analysis
- Knowledge of Google docs/Google Sheets to create pivot tables or other data tables
