Location: Mountain View, CA Description: Title: Program Manager III
Location: Mountain View, CA Duration: 12+ Months Top Daily Responsibilities:- Manage quality operations process improvement, enhancements and implementations end-to-end
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of trust signal identification including risk documentation
- Develop and give training for Googlers, vendors and partners to ensure safe and consistent compliance at scale
- Spearhead investigations and enforcement actions, both ad hoc and en masse
- Synthesize and oversee large amounts of data to identify operational gaps and inform key business decisions
- Escalate challenges or issues encountered to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners within Product, Engineering, and Sales to define product/UI improvements and new vertical requirements
- Lead weekly project meetings to communicate project statuses with internal and external partners
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology
- Experience working in a fast-changing, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently, be solutions-oriented, and process high amounts of data to drive business strategies and decisions
- Ability to produce high-quality work under strict deadlines
- Extremely high attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior trust & safety and/or legal operations (licensing, insurance industry knowledge or background check) experience
- Prior experience working at Google including plx to trix knowledge
- Prior experience working with service professionals, such as plumbers, locksmiths, real estate agents, lawyers, etc.
- Basic SQL skills
