- Ensure accuracy of finished goods inventory levels and proper status at all the warehouses
- Oversee appropriate system parameters, profiles, safety stocks, display minimums, etc. to achieve store/item in-stock goals and objectives
- Partner cross-functionally within operations, sales, transportation and inventory coordinators
- Complete transactions in ERP system.
- Complete and monitor cycle count procedures.
- Validate inventory levels at both company sites and consigned material at suppliers.
- Complete auditable inventory integrity reports.
- Make cycle count adjustments.
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw material, or quality control measures.
- Assist in the creation of production schedules.
- Compile and analyze information related to inventory accuracy, Inventory turns.
- Reconcile accounts, review reconciliations, and make sure that all outstanding items are properly cleared.
- Utilizes SAP to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, and other activity. Coordinates with warehouse management to adjust SAP inventory as required.
- Reports discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision weekly.
- Communicates and develops process improvements as needed.
- Assist in the warehouse with miscellaneous activities including receiving, shipping and put away processes and transfers to/from the production areas as needed.
- Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university, or relevant industry experience
- 3-4 years related experience in SAP system
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management
- Effective interpersonal skills and proven ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly in order to achieve positive results
- Self-starter that can quickly build strong customer relationships
- Proactive, strong organizational skills
- Proficient in GSuite or Microsoft Office
