- Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Primary experience with SAP Solman business process monitoring setup.
- Support the solman monitoring automation initiative, including analysis and design of new function business processes.
- Experience with technical monitoring in system operations, as well as business process monitoring using SAP solution Manager
- Customizing SOLMAN monitoring template for different SAP systems.
- Able to configure email alerting and integrating ticketing tool.
