- Hands-on experience in creating test strategy & plan
- Hands-on SAP test management experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA programs
- Experience in using SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) for testing & maintaining requirement traceability matrix
- Integration of SAP SolMan with test automation tools such as Worksoft
- Knowledge & experience on multiple test automation tools & ability to review test design/execution results using Worksoft
- Experience with multiple test management tools such as MF ALM, JIRA etc.
- Ability to recommend & implement test automation best practices using Worksoft Certify
- Strong communication, reporting & presentations skills
- Experience in testing requirement gathering
- Review test scenarios & test scripts designed by testing team
- Work with Business SMEs on test design & execution review
