Location: Mountain View, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a UX WriterCurrently, the Fi team is looking for a highly talented UX Writer to help evolve our brand voice across multiple critical customer touch points. As a core contributor on the Fi team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our PM, Eng, Marketing, Ops, and Support partners and help us meaningfully transform connected experiences.
The ideal candidate:- Is comfortable working across a number of different surfaces and touchpoints from mobile to desktop, and even physical retail - Is a skilled storyteller who seeks every opportunity to explore the edges of their craft - Masterfully gives ideas meaning and clarity through words - Does their best work in close collaboration with cross-functional peers - Thrives in complex and ambiguous problem spaces - Enjoys thinking and acting outside the bounds of what's expected for their role This job will have the following responsibilities:- Deliver clear, concise writing solutions for Fi's various member experiences - Manage multiple projects, balance scope with timelines, and present proposed solutions to key stakeholders - Partner with our Marketing, Ops, Support, and PM partners to ensure a cohesive brand experience throughout the customer lifecycle - Craft solutions that are authentic to Fi's brand values and uphold cross-platform UXW standards - Proactively solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, teammates, and cross-functional partners - Contribute to an encouraging, creative, and ambitious team culture Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or equivalent practical experience - Experience as a UX writer, tech writer, content strategist or similar - Familiar with current best practices, principles, trends, and patterns in interactive design - Experience incorporating research, data, and customer feedback into proposed solutions - Ability to synthesize stakeholder feedback into a cohesive content strategy - Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Comfortable with design tools like Figma - Portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelinesContact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
