NICE Actimize Premier team is seeking a passionate, creative and results oriented

VP, Product & Growth to own the vision and strategy for growing revenue of our SaaS financial crime prevention & compliance product lines. In this position you will work with colleagues across product, management, engineering, data sciences, marketing and sales to discover and develop products and features that deliver both meaningful benefits to our customers and strategic success for our company.

Responsibilities
  • Inspire a high-performance team to continually come with innovative features, go-to-market & pricing to acquire new customers while continuing to enhance existing line of AI & behavioral analytics AML & fraud products to protect financial institution' and fintech customer's assets.
  • Lead our thinking around how to evolve pricing and tiering that works best for different market segment and countries around the world
  • Oversee our efforts to integrate with key digital and payment platform providers across the world and find creative ways to partner with them.
  • Build bridges with key geographic leaders around the world to expand profitably internationally.
  • Represent product innovation and acquisition experience on the executive team as we continue to expand beyond financial crime & compliance management.
  • Create an environment that fosters high quality, metrics-driven of new solutions and leads to impactful unlocking of business value for our customers.
  • Own our SaaS product growth roadmap. Create and manage a customer-focused plan for growing the financial crime prevention & compliance product line through subscriber growth, campaigns, digital advertising and new lines of business creation.
  • Discover how the SaaS AI technologies can best serve customers based on deep understanding of the compliance regulations, fraud schemes, data analysis, and market analysis. Drive rapid experimentation to understand how to best maximize value.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle - from ideation, design, definition, through to delivery -collaborating with teams across the organization by developing a product vision, establishing goals and aligning cross-functional teams to the mission.
  • Manage, coach and continuously inspire a team of PMs, fostering a culture PMs who are consumer obsessed, data-driven, seek to continuously learn and operate with a bias to action.
  • Always communicate a clear set of business needs to drive key decisions and prioritization.

Financial Responsibility
  • Adherence to Product Management operational budget.
  • Ensures proper levels of staffing to accomplish corporate goals with minimal overhead.
  • Proper allocation of budget between internal and external staffing to optimize throughput.
  • Tracks and reports software capitalization.
  • Ensure standards and practices used by PMs are industry best practices and meets the security and compliance needs of the company.
  • Ensure that PM's do not infringe on patents or trademarks
  • Maintains ownership of profit and loss of the company's assigned product/solution set.
  • Recommends new components, tools, and technical partnerships required for successful product development, which will require budgeted funds.
  • Required to run cost analysis and market research to determine the impact a new or revised product will have on the market and our overall sales.
  • Ensures the GTM process is followed and supported to bring solutions to the market on time and budget. Works with one or more budget lines.

Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree required
  • More than 10 years of experience in Regtech or Fintech, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position.
  • Experience in P&L management and balancing and prioritizing requirements/demands.
  • Previous experience leading a product unit that included product management, product development and marketing
  • 5+ years experience in the development and execution of a commercial Product Portfolio Strategy
  • 5+ years experience in working with a B2B software sales team
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication and change management skills.
  • Experienced in working in a globally matrixed environment
  • Proven track record delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in compliance or trade technology solutions
  • Start-up, high-volume growth experience
  • M&A or Business Development experience
  • Experience leading and designing Global Programs
  • Passion for product and technological innovation
