- Be the champion and advocate of NICE Actimize FFRAMLDESK - Subject Matter Expert
- NICE Actimize is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join the FRAMLDESK services team. Leveraging its Xceed AI & Behavioral Analytics Financial Crimes Investigation & Compliance Platform, this team is focused on engineering FRAML As-a-Service that will help financial institutions, payments aggregators and fintech solutions providers to fight financial crime more efficiently while meeting rules and regulations.
- The SME will be the go-to-expert for all things FRAML As-a-Service related, focusing on the execution of the FRAMLDESK Services roadmap. The SME partners with stakeholders to define, engineer, map services definitions, and establish governance in support of FRAMLDESK service operations and business objectives.
- Successful candidates are driven by high-quality standards for product delivery and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing between service features, engineered processes improvements and operational excellence.
- The position reports to Vice President of Cloud Operations and SecurityRAMLDESK Services
- Define and execute a FRAMLDESK services definition and roadmap
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to engineered FRAML flows
- Ensure successful operationalization of FRAMLDESK services
- Partner with FRAMLDESK operations to hire, train and certify FRAML Analysts
- Share FRAML service knowledge, enabling customer support, sales, and marketing
- CAMS Certified
- Proven track record as a BSA compliance & fraud analyst
- Well-versed in service definition and service level agreement
- Customer-minded with a high-quality standard for product delivery
- Active listener and effective storyteller
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Minimujm 10 years of experience.
- Education: BA with CAMS certification
