As the Java Automation Espresso Developer, you will come in with prior experience utilizing Java or be willing to learn Java, mobile testing experience using Expresso and are willing to join a highly collaborative team working on numerous projects.Our mission is to research and develop new technologies by collaborating with the best and brightest and creating a collaborative environment between industry and academia. Responsibilities:
  • You will test multiple app functionalities, writing code and executing it into the mobile utilizing Espresso and Java.
  • Build maintainable, high quality and effective automated tests, tools, and framework in Android.
  • Analyze production issues, identify test gaps across the entire testing stack and make systemic improvements to Automation testing.
  • Help in building Engineering culture that enables quality in all software features across Knox services.
  • Analyzing quality data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing innovation ideas to improve quality

Required Skillset:
  • 2+ years of experience in Software automation testing.
  • Strong coding skills in Java or Python (must be willing to learn Java).
  • Proficient in android device testing, automating test cases and test automation tools.
  • Android Espresso tool experience.
  • Experience with algorithms and data structures.
  • Excellent understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Bonus Skillset:
  • Strong coding skills in Java or Python.

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid schedule working onsite at least 2 days/ week)
