Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Lay the foundational structure of this new program to make it more efficient, identifying team
  • needs to drive product and program excellence while having the most impact and scale.
  • Full lifecycle program management contributing to strategy, team operations, and scaling of the
  • Google Fiber’s new and existing services. This may include: partnership management, contract
  • management, requirements gathering, coordination of teams, conducting program reviews,
  • identifying areas for improvements, setting team priorities and scaling to more partners.
  • Develop and manage program related documentation, communications, and metrics including
  • program plans, reporting, updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Assist in documenting cross functional business requirements, user journeys and playbooks for
  • new programs.
  • Drive quarterly launches: launch preparedness, team coordination, program reviews, and approval
  • processes.
  • Nurture relationships with collaborators and partners within various teams in the Access PA
  • Manage and own data analytics for new feature launches
  • Manage and own dubbing requests from internal partners such as Finance, Marketing

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in Technical / Program Management
  • Strategic thinker; able to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions with high
  • attention to details and execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured, and collaborative environment
  • Outstanding ability to influence, herd cats and align stakeholders
  • Skilled at project management, problem solving, communication, and partner management.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity/shifting priorities.
• Nice to have knowledge of machine learning and data
