TVC T/PgM role for Payments Planning TeamMountain view / Austin TX. We are looking for a Technical Analyst with strong documentation skills. This person will be responsible for working with SMEs to understand the process, define and design reports & dashboards and at the same time document playbook, user guides for a wide variety of users clear="none" Responsibility:
- Generate reports and dashboard to present data and statistics
- Work with SMEs, understand processes, tools and craft playbooks / user guides for developers, managers, leadership, and internal clients.
- Identify knowledge gaps in content and prepare training / demos.
- Collect feedback and conduct retrospective sessions to identify improvements
- Proficiency with HTML and either Javascript or Python.
- Familiarity with programming best practices.
- Strong writing and editing ability.
- Ability to write according to our internal style guide.
- Strong communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Customer service.
- 2+ years of technical writing experience focusing on software developer audience
- Ability to use markup/markdown language (like HTML)
- Experience with version control software
- 2+ year scripting, software development experience
- Responsible for managing various dashboards running off UniPort + Buganizer data.
- Familiarity with PLX & SQL
- Familiarity with Data studio
- Responsible for sending periodic reports, update to wider audience (Bi-weekly, monthly updates)
- Responsible for creating, developing and maintaining process playbook
- Work with various stakeholders, gather their feedback and update existing playbooks FAQs
- For new processes, help create playbooks, update/create g3Doc, do a process roadshow and gather feedback & update playbooks accordingly.
- Help with tool enhancement
- Based on Feedback, create enhancement requirements, file a bug or write 1-pager for the tools team.
- Test the feature before the rollout.
- Do road show / demo
- Update / add playbook accordingly.
- Work with stakeholders and help with their questions via chat and email… During the planning there will be many 1:1 pings on why, what, where, when type of questions…
- Create FAQ and update FAQ sessions based on these 1:1 questions where applicable.
- Help bulk upload data to UniPort, guide teams on how to manage UniPort data.
- Help correct any data inconsistencies in UniPort.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the planning dashboard from UniPort data.
- -Familiarity with PLX, SQL and Data Studio or PLX dash.
- Remind teams and follow up with teams that are running behind.
