Accounts Payable Specialist

DescriptionAccountemps is looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist! Duties will include: Entering the invoices into the accounting database, ensuring that proper approvals have been received, identifying proper back-up documentation prior to payments being submitted, answer vendor inquiries about payment status, resolving any discrepancies between invoices and POs, paying utilities, coding invoices to the proper general ledger accounts and assisting with month end closing duties related to Accounts Payable.Requirements3+ years of accounts payable experienceAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
