We are currently seeking an ADAS Senior Sensor Calibration Engineer for our ADAS/Autonomous Driving team. This position requires an experienced professional with a track record of technical excellence in performing ADAS sensor calibration. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection You Will:
  • Work in a world-class ADAS/Autonomous Driving team
  • Be responsible for all ADAS sensor calibration activities
  • Develop test equipment and lab setup to calibrate different ADAS sensors
  • Develop calibration methods and technologies
  • Develop automated tools for sensor calibration
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless and robust production implementation
You Bring:
  • Experience in areas related to sensor testing and calibration for ADAS / AD applications
  • Experience with ADAS sensor End of Line calibration
  • A practical hands-on approach to complement the theoretical knowledge and creativity required to solve Autonomous Driving challenges
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of technical excellence
Advantageous:
  • Advanced degree in a field related to ADAS sensing
  • Experience in developing lab setups and testing tools for Sensor evaluation and data collection
  • Strong background in ADAS sensors
  • Experience in working in agile development teams
  • Experience in automotive supplier interaction, specification development, release management, change management
Educational Requirements:
  • MS in the areas of Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields
  • 3+ years of work experience in a field related to Camera Image Quality Tuning/Testing/Calibration or a Ph.D. in a related field
  • Knowledge of MATLAB/Python to write programs for image quality assessment of different camera setup
