We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for the Battery Cell Engineering team. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple teams within Lucid to ensure efficient execution of multiple projects within Battery Cell Engineering. The successful candidate will also work closely with external partners to maximize value for Lucid and our customers. Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain both detailed project plans and long-term high-level plans
  • Track progress and encourage efficient collaboration achieve challenging milestones
  • Utilize Jira to communicate engineering tasks and progress
  • Utilize Confluence to publish critical information
  • Provide regular progress updates to management and the executive staff
  • Work with technical leaders to scope, schedule and budget projects
  • Provide technical guidance to solve engineering challenges across multiple domains of expertise
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field
  • Experience with electric vehicles, battery systems and li-ion cells.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented self-starter and motivator.
