We are currently seeking an ADAS Camera Testing and Validation Engineer for our ADAS/Autonomous Driving team. This position requires an experienced professional with a track record of technical excellence in performing component level testing, software flashing, data collection and analysis. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection. You Will: Work in a world-class ADAS/Autonomous Driving team Be responsible for camera testing, flashing, and image quality verification activities for both human and machine vision applications Develop test setup to evaluate different image quality metrics Flash cameras with different software and collect data from camera modules using different CAN/Ethernet tools (CANalyzer/CANoe with Ethernet communication) Analysis of CAN/Etherenet data collected for further inspection of issues. Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless and robust production implementation You Bring: Experience in areas related to Camera component testing and validation Experience with camera End of Line calibration and interface with manufacturing tools A practical hands-on approach to complement the theoretical knowledge and creativity required to solve Autonomous Driving challenges Excellent communication skills Proven track record of technical excellence Advantageous: Experience with image quality testing tools such as Imatest Experience in developing lab setups and testing tools for camera evaluation and image quality data collection Background in ISP and optics tuning Experience in working in agile development teams Experience in automotive supplier interaction, specification development, release management, change management Educational Requirements: BS in the areas of Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields 3+ years of work experience in a field related to Camera testing and Knowledge of MATLAB/Python to write programs for image quality assessment of different camera setups Prior experience in CANoe/CANalyzer and data analysis
