We are currently seeking a Sr. Software QA Engineer, Infotainment. This position requires an experienced professional with a background in quality assurance. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Provide technical leadership, driving and performing engineering best practices to initiate, plan, and execute large-scale, cross-functional, and company-wide critical programs.
  • Responsibilities

  • Drive validation of high quality, high performance, and production ready software.
  • Ensure quality from low level software to the end applications.
  • Validate software in simulation and on vehicle.
  • End to end test ownership of a software components.
  • Design, maintain and execute automated tests - including functional, system integration, regression, and performance.
  • Proactive in using and enhancing testing tools.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in software QA.
  • Development and testing experience with Linux, Android, Automotive environments.
  • Knowledge of general-purpose and automotive network systems (Ethernet, CAN, etc).
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Test/Automation and UI validation tools experience.
  • Jira Workflow and Jenkins experience.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
