Rate : $Market All Incluisve We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance/ProcessEngineering professional for a position as a SQA Lead. This positionrequires an experienced professional with a strong background insoftware quality process engineering. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination.Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in theirrespective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive forperfection within a fast-paced environment.The Role:• Maintain process libraries compliant with standards such as AutomotiveSPICE, ISO/IEC 15504, ISO 26262, and with lifecycles such as AgileSCRUM and the V-Model• Facilitate process implementation and provide software quality training• Work collaboratively to define software metrics for software quality andproductivity• Coordinate software quality metrics data collection• Plan and execute software quality assurance activities for programs• Tailor the standard processes according to the program needs• Perform audits and track non-compliances to closure• Plan and implement continuous process improvements• Summarize the quality activities performed in the quality managementreport• Present process compliance status to the program executive team aswell as other audiencesQualifications:• 8-10 years of experience in auditing and process engineering• Strong facilitation and training skills• Ability to work independently
