- Lead QA efforts and work closely with QA team members and developers in a geographically distributed team
- Be responsible for maintaining high-quality marketing sites aimed at providing a high level of customer value
- Testing and Maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Web Content Management System
- Lead and own the full life cycle of testing on multiple projects

- 8+ years of Web testing experience as QA Analyst/Engineer
- 3+ years of experience as a QA lead
- Experience supporting large web development and large-scale projects
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience in managing timelines to make sure they are communicated to the management team and meet deadlines
- Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Web Content Management System
- Experience in Functional, System, Integration, User Acceptance and End to End testing
- Strong technical background working on both Mac and Windows Operating systems.
- Shows creativity and initiative to improve test coverage and effectiveness
- Ability to work across multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to perform "hands-on" testing and bug analysis
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and individuals at all levels
