RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Manager Supply Chain in Newbury Park, CA.
Key Tasks: As a business owner, partner with business and technical experts to define processes, procedures and best practices for development, maintenance and enhancement of CST capabilities/platforms Work with and educate key stakeholders in the organization, including Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, to design the most effective and efficient processes Measure and communicate capabilities/platforms adoption and maturity metrics Establish CST capabilities Center of Excellence to support global Customer Service network and integrated Order-to-Cash processes Liaise with local and regional stakeholders to ensure continued feedback from customers using the capabilities/platforms implemented with the CST programREQUIREMENTS: Doctorate degree or Master's degree and 2 years of Supply Chain or Technical experience or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Supply Chain or Technical experience or Associate's degree and 10 years of Supply Chain or Technical experience or High School diploma/GED and 12 years of Supply Chain or Technical experience Cross-functional process understanding Good communications skills with all levels of an organization (written and oral) Strong understanding of supply chain Experience in working in and between business/finance operations and IT Ability to translate complex information into comprehensive, concise and high-quality business requirements that resonate with stakeholders Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines Interpersonal savvy Perseverance Organizational agility Managing work processes Making complex decision Communicating effectively, strong presentation skills to persuade stakeholders Problem solvingKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
