- Work with Stakeholders (SMEs, BSAs, Project Management Offices) to support business processes within the organization's enterprise PMOs utilizing and supporting the global project portfolio management (PPM) system, Clarizen.
- Meet with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, map business processes, develop functional specifications for system features, with the ability to prioritize work efforts.
- Create reports and dashboards for portfolio and project management offices.
- Provide maintenance for the enterprise project and portfolio management system, Clarizen Test systems to execute features and integration.
- Apply troubleshooting techniques and Level 3 support for system related issues and know when to involve the vendor where necessary.
- Work with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to provide comprehensive end user support.
- Develop knowledge base articles, training materials, and deliver training to end users
- Configuration of Clarizen or similar PPM tool Integration of PPM tool with data lake and BI tool such as AWS S3.

- Competent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail and perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Organizational and project management skills preferred very strong BSA experience, Clarizen admin/configuration experience, and Tableau experience or equivalent.
- 5 years of work experience as a technical business systems analyst with experience configuring and integrating systems and has been a system admin.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global business environments.
- Experience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS (Software As A Service) solutions and external vendors.
- Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Clarizen, or similar is required.
