Long standing company in need of a Business Systems Analyst in Costa Mesa, CA area. Expected Duration 1 year contract, schedule is hybrid 2/3 days in office TBD by mgt. Please note this position requires the successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and employment and education verification prior to starting work. Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to collect data, identify gaps, and create system designs and functional requirements
- Analyze business problems and provide technical solutions on the Customer Data Platform (salesforce, Tealium)
- Document use cases, products, and supporting data requirements (great written communication skills)
- Give estimation efforts, working with technical leads and architects to scope and business to prioritize
- Provide support on issues before, during, and after deployment
- Provides feasibility analysis of solutions on the Customer Data Platform
- Implementation and configuration for interfaces/integrations
- Support User Acceptance Testing and fix bugs
- Identify areas for improvement relating to business processes, workflows and systems
- Manage SSL certificate and DNS requests
- Manage Incident and Service requests
- Willing to take on other duties as requested by the manager
- Ability to learn marketing technology Skill
- Create business requirements document, technical requirements document, statement of work, swimlane diagrams, etc.
- Create user story, test strategy, manual and automated test cases, and perform integration and regression testing
- Ability to assist with mapping, troubleshooting, and optimizing interfaces for multiple systems
- Demonstrates creativity to develop and implement innovative solutions and changes
- Competent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail, and perform duties with minimal supervision
- 6 or more years of experience related experience required
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Customer Data Platform systems like Tealium, Segment, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendors
- Experience managing mid to large-sized IT projects
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and debugging skills
