  • Seeking an HR Communications Associate within the HR Strategy & Communications function.
  • This role will partner closely with the team to focus on design, implementation and execution of employee communications and engagement activities within HR and across the organization.
  • This position will project manage and develop communication calendars, content, and programming initiatives.

  • This individual will report to the Vice President, HR Strategy & Communications and support the development of a roadmap that increases company HRs impact in promoting effective and inclusive communication that centers around the employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with HR Communications team to develop and execute on strategic, innovative, and engaging HR campaigns and materials aligned to strategy across multiple channels including email, intranet, guides, handouts, presentation decks, videos, etc.
  • Work with other team members to write and edit organizational announcements, email messages, posts, scripts, or other communications as needed, and deliver content for various audiences ensuring appropriate processes are followed.
  • Focus on Workday adoption with designing and overseeing internal communication assets and platforms, which includes talking points, FAQs, scripts, videos, presentations, Q&As, briefing documents and campaign fact sheets, etc.
  • Ensure the integration of inclusion and diversity principles and, where relevant, themes and topics, in all communication assets, language, processes and planning.
  • Lead, host and organize demo sessions or meetings and present various HR campaigns and awareness activities internally within HR and externally for the firm.
  • Assist with change management initiatives, ensuring employee communications are well-planned and delivered Manage email communication inboxes, calendars, curate weekly HR Connect newsletter and respond to inquiry Partner with Knowledge Management team to oversee Global HR company Pulse site (intranet)Transition HR Connect weekly newsletter in company Pulse (intranet) and create content governance and approval process in partnership with manager.
  • Create and manage content produced by HR Communications and maintain content library of all resources and references as well as document internal HR communications processes using Lucid Respond to ad-hoc requests to draft internal communications and present at select meetings
  • Identify and analyze initial metrics to measure success of communication campaigns and programs
  • Help create meaningful programs for internal HR and external employee engagement in partnership with other business stakeholders (e.g. Employee Recognition Program)
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Communications or related industry and skills experience.
  • Project Manager or Program Manager experience a plus
  • Effective public speaking skills with demonstrated ability to present ideas and information in an impactful and understandable way in a large group setting
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with all levels of employee, management and external organizations with experience facilitating or communicating to audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include written, oral, listening, and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment
  • Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, manage multiple demands, think strategically, and solve problems and maintain confidentiality with sensitive or non-public information. Strong track record of producing high-quality effective communications materials, including talking points, speeches, and presentations for the business
  • A passion for internal/employee communications as a key culture-building tool to help boost engagement, belonging and morale
  • Team player, with proven ability to foster and deepen positive working relationships across a matrixed environment, at all levels
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail and responsiveness are critical because of the high visibility of this teams work within the company
  • Experience with establishing programs, supporting cross-functional teams, and developing relationships across multiple offices
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders within HR and externally
  • Experience delivering projects for large, global, cross-functional audiences
  • Broad and global knowledge of HR and communications processes, procedures, best practices, resources, and networks
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads
  • Result driven, demonstrated ownership and accountability
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Preferred experience with design applications/platforms (e.g., Prezi, Canva)
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field.
