location: Newport Beach, California

salary: $30 - 35 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

Install, Configure and Troubleshoot both In-House and Third-Party Applications

Install Configure and Troubleshoot Computer Hardware on Laptops and Desktops

Configure and Support Mobile Devices including iPhones, iPads and other peripheral devices

Image, Configure and Deploy Desktops and Laptops to End Users

Engage with and Escalate tickets to Senior Technicians

Decommission Virtual Machines

Other Physical Work on site when needed (Deploy/Move Equipment etc)

Escalate tickets to Senior Technicians

strong Customer Service Skills

strong Interpersonal Skills

strong Problem-Solving Skills

2-3 Years of Experience with a Helpdesk or Deskside Support Environment in a 3K+ Seat Environment

Experience with Service NOW a plus
