Our client, a respected insurance organization, needs a Lead BI Analyst to help maintain the integrity of their Employee Benefits analytics platform and support other initiatives.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Lead BI Analyst:- Design and develop relational and dimensional BI data models
- Design and develop data integration from source to reports and data visualizations
- Develop and implement data warehousing, data integration, and reporting architecture
- Develop SSAS Tabular Models, Power BI dashboards, and other data access objects for end user reporting
- Stay current on latest industry BI trends
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
- 10+ years of experience in data warehousing/BI reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment and foster teamwork
- Demonstrated understanding of system integrations and database structures
- Proficient in MS BI tools and Office and knowledge of other industry BI tools
