Location: Remote but local to the Newport Beach areaDuration: 8 months with possible extension Pay Terms: W-2

Our Insurance client is currently focused on Customer domain, but additional domains such as Product and Finance need to be mastered as well. This role will be a key enabler for their strategic goals around Digital, Customer Experience and Operational Excellence.Description
  • Facilitate and Lead the Design of Scalable MDM solutions that meet PL Business needs
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with Technology and Data Architecture
  • Conduct effective technical reviews of Data Pipelines to ensure quality of Information delivery
  • Mentor and Coach junior team members on data management & data services best practices
The Experience Recent experience delivering Master Data Management solutions, in multiple domains such as Customer, Product, etc. Experience with multiple MDM tools such as Profisee, Informatica, Reltio, etc. Understanding of ETL/ELT/API based Integration patterns for Data Services Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with Technical and Business Stakeholders Understanding of Data Governance and how it relates to successful MDM Experience in Data Warehousing and Data management Experience delivering solutions in Cloud, preferably AWS Experience or Understanding with DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation in Data Services area Solid understanding of MDM Benefits, Best Practices & Challenges

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
  • 3+ years Leadership in a direct people management role
  • Experience with MDM tools such as Profisee, Informatica, Reltio,
Nice To Have
  • Experience in Cloud Data Warehousing and Data management
  • Understanding of Data Governance and how it relates to successful MDM
