Responsibilities:Daily project management throughout the project life cycle;Develop the project plan, dependencies and monitor the progress;Develop and manage a robust risk mitigation plan;Monitor project budget;Manage and utilize the project resourcesManage stakeholders' communication including reporting on project performance to Program Manager /Product Owner/Delivery LeadManage project documentationsEnsure relevant standards, process and regulations are upheldSkills:Good communication & interpersonal skills.Strong conflict resolution skills.Good knowledge of project management principles.Be comfortable in an uncertain environment.A constant risk management mindset.Good team management and leadership skills.Proficient in project execution tools like - Microsoft project plan, SmartsheetLife Insurance Domain experience (Preferred to have experience in managing insurance product launches)TECHNICAL SKILLSExp Level: 7+ years of Project Management experienceProficient in project execution tools like - Microsoft project plan, SmartsheetLife Insurance Domain experience (Preferred to have experience in managing insurance product launches)Preferably PMP & CMSSales and Marketing nice to haveWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
