- 2+ years of experience with NetSuite administration
- NetSuite integration and customization experience
- IT background/experience equivalent to supporting the requirements listed below
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required.
- 2 years of ERP administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Financial tasks, along with basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Design and revise configurations as needed to meet evolving needs of the business including the creation of fields, workflow rules, custom reports, and dashboard
- Technical expertise in managing high volume operations
- Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Train end-users on query writing and general navigation when applicable
- Set up a NetSuite training program for employees of the business
- Create custom reports, Search & Save reports, harvest performance metrics and generate metrics reports
- Understanding of how external applications integrate into NetSuite:
- Data analytics, reporting, and database experience (SQL and NetSuite preferred)
- Basic Data Analysis experience with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
