Position Summary:The Audio/Visual Technician will work with test subjects to collect audio and visual data for researchers. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, personable, and have solid computer troubleshooting skills.

Desired Characteristics:
  • Mac computer skills.
  • Experience with 3D scanners (Arctec)
  • Experience with .ply data and cleaning
  • Understanding of audio processing

Basic Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with audio/video equipment and troubleshooting. (Headphones, microphones, wiring, etc.)
  • Strong PC computer skills (Install programs, troubleshoot internet connections, device manager drivers, Windows Audio Manager, etc.)
  • Understanding of 3D mesh formats (.ply)
  • Understanding of audio formats (.wav)
  • Detail oriented
  • Basic customer service skills to be friendly, courteous, and efficient with test subjects
