- Provide expertise and/or general administrative space and service support for client people and businesses globally. Contractor(s) will support our US creative drive offices enabling COVID testing support for non-employees. Contractors will be responsible for managing the daily return to office process - ensuring that each person entering has an approved reservation, confirming a negative covid test result, shipping covid test kits to visitors prior to approved visits, answer questions around COVID testing process and ensuring each testing area is cleaned between usage. Contractors may also attend off-site photo shoots responsible for ensuring all attendees have completed testing. Contractor will need transportation to support off-site photo shoots; mileage will be reimbursed; need someone that has a strong presence & is confident to answer questions, provide guidance, escalate issues as needed and work with on-site leadership to delivery seamless services. Also, need to confirm that contractors are vaccinated - while not a requirement in these offices - we anticipate this change in the next few weeks. Contractor will also assist with daily office operations responsibilities including preparing studios for shoots, ordering supplies & ensuring everyone is following health & safety protocols.
