We are seeking to hire an IT Help Desk/ Computer Deployment specialist to support our busy office . The IT Support Analyst will document existing and new computer equipment to deploy updated computers. We are seeking candidates who can work from 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
- Conduct audits of client inventories at the client-specified storage site. Follow client business rules, finalize necessary inventory reconciliation(s), and complete required documentation.
- Complete all assignments in a professional and timely manner in accordance with Company and Client business rules.
- Submit all assignment status changes using the online Audit Inventory Management System
- Set up computers for deployment, including reimaging computers
- Review all instructions and forms required to complete assignments prior to the audit to ensure quality service levels.
- Ensure that assignments are scheduled in accordance with Client expectations and timelines
- Communicate with client representatives and the AIMS management team via email, US mail, and/or phone.

- Ability to utilize smartphones to update AIMS and complete assignments.
- Follow all department and company policies and procedures.
