Help Desk Specialist, Executive needed for a 12+ month contract, onsite with our client in Novato, CA. JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Help Desk Specialist will provide white-glove technical support the company s executive users on various technical issues and requests relating to hardware, software, access, and peripherals or any other business-critical tasks that is required.
- Responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA.
- Provide white glove technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software of company executives.
- Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problem, and determine and implement solution.
- Perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems, and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention.
- Support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and videoconferencing equipment.
- This position may require independent work, sharing information, and assisting others with work orders.
- Assist with IT Operation deployment projects.
- High School Diploma. Higher education and / or certifications are a plus!
- Minimum 3 years experience with Desktop support including experience supporting C-suite.
- Experience with Intune or AirWatch, Windows 10, iOS, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Zoom, Microsoft Teams is required.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problem situations, while providing white glove service and attitude.
