Job Description

We offer invaluable experience in a myriad of school and community settings – you will build a strong foundation in youth and family therapy through a trauma-informed lens. You’ll receive supervision by experienced, licensed clinicians through one-on-one and group meetings as well as weekly training sessions.

Clinicians will learn evidence-based treatment models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Treatment, Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Foundations of Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Play and Art Therapy, and have the opportunity to learn how to create and facilitate group therapy in school settings. Associates will also learn how to implement and utilize evidence-based assessment tools such as Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) and Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS) from the Heart and Soul of Change Project. Clinicians will also be immersed in cultural humility and awareness practices.

Clinicians will also learn therapeutic techniques to address issues such as eating disorders, grief, substance use/abuse, crisis management, anxiety, and depression. We are continuously reviewing our assessment and training programs and protocols to ensure that we are always providing best practice services for our associates. Many of our current licensed clinicians began as associates, and you can also apply for our PCIT certification training program.
